Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ProveLift's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use ProveLift's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
