Information We Collect

At ProveLift, we collect information to provide better services to our users. We collect information in the following ways:

Information you give us

When you sign up for an ProveLift account, we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, and company information.

Information we get from your use of our services

We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, such as when you visit a website that uses our A/B testing tools.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices and support messages
  • Communicate about new products, services, and features

Data Security

We work hard to protect ProveLift and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager account, ProveLift accesses that data only to power features you explicitly request — reading your Google Analytics 4 reporting data to show and reconcile experiment results, and reading or updating your Tag Manager container to help you install and manage the ProveLift tag.

We request the minimum scopes needed for those features:

  • analytics.readonly — read your GA4 reports to display and cross-check experiment metrics. We never modify your Analytics data.
  • tagmanager.readonly — read your GTM containers so we can show what's installed.
  • tagmanager.edit.containers — add or update the ProveLift tag/trigger in a container you select, only when you ask us to.

ProveLift's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models. Google data is used solely to provide the features above, is accessible only to the connected workspace, and you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page — which revokes our access and removes the stored tokens.
